Definitely a First Post
Hello and good day to the two people who are reading this masterpiece of a blog; it's me, Abby Wight (cue shocked gasps). I'm writing this blog because a) I was inspired by Hannah's splendiferous one (hi Hannah lol), b) I think it might be interesting to read about my life in the future if I keep updating this, and c) I feel like I've been in a writing funk lately and this might be good practice.
Some things that I enjoy are Disneyland (it's such a tragedy that we can't go there this instant; I love it with all my heart and I want to buy mouse ears when I next go. I think my dad said we might have gone this summer but couldn't because #covid which was a very upsetting revelation), my musical theater dance class (although the ab workouts my teacher has us do make me feel like I'm gonna die; I'm so out of shape I swear it's so bad), things that are purple (I plan to paint my room at the newish house purple), baking large cookies (mostly because sometimes my mom pays me for them), musicals (SIX and Waitress are really good), country music (especially Maddie and Tae right now), red lipstick (I don't wear it much but I feel very glamorous when I do; also I desperately want the kind where you take the cap off and twist it up and it's kind of like a crayon/marker but far more exciting because you can put it on your face and look like a fancy lady from the 1940s), trying to sew (I kind of made a robe a few days ago!! :D), and being a Christian (Jesus is the absolute best).
^^I hope you enjoyed that giant run-on sentence and the sheer amount of parentheses that showed up in it. So much for this helping me to improve my writing.
Speaking of watering plants, I have to go water my zinnias now. They're basically dead anyways but I refuse to let go of the idea that if I water them enough they will bounce back. Think of me while I'm struggling to hold a watering can.

What a fun blog Abby! I look forward to reading more from you:)
